Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Should there be a significant delay in shipment of your order for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you via email or telephonically.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within South Africa (excludes weekends & holidays).
Please note we ship to physical addresses only, work or home, someone will need to give their autograph.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped confirming your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
International orders and delivery have been paused temporarily.
Orders for delivery outside of South Africa will incur additional postal fees according to the current SAPO rate. International delivery times vary depending on your country of residence (this can take up to 3 weeks).
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
All returned items returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of returning the goods is for your account.
Should you wish to exchange an item, upon approval, we will have a replacement item shipped to you at our cost.
