Thank you for visiting and shopping with Ocean Eyewear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, please note orders received after 12:00pm will be processed the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Should there be a significant delay in shipment of your order for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you via email or telephonically.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note we ship to physical addresses only, work or home, someone will need to give their autograph.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Your order status will change to completed once your order has been pulled, packed and sealed. should you require a tracking number kindly please email us your request and we will happily assist.
International Shipping Policy
International orders and delivery have been paused temporarily.
Orders for delivery outside of South Africa will incur additional postal fees according to the current SAPO rate. International delivery times vary depending on your country of residence (this can take up to 3 weeks).
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
All returned items returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of returning the goods is for your account.
Exchange
Should you wish to exchange an item, upon approval, we will have a replacement item shipped to you at our cost.
